BSB Industry is looking for a project manager

Project manager/Sales engineer specialized in metal components and/or metal constructions

As a project manager in one of the most successful Danish companies, you are expected to take on the role and responsibility of the entire project management.

We are therefore looking for a technically and commercially skilled project manager, who can work closely with customers and subcontractors and also be the company's vital internal link in our business.

Your tasks

Your tasks will include:

• Project management for the international market – Ensure technical/process clarification in accordance with the customer's wishes
• Engage in building customer relationships and maintaining existing customer portfolio
• Calculation and order processing
• Coordination/planning with the production units
• Calculations in collaboration with our finance department
• Ensure learning and feedback from completed projects/offers in relation to used templates and processes

Your profile

We expect our candidates to have at least a few years of experience as a project manager from a similar position in the steel industry and have the following competencies:

• Solid mechanical insight from an education as a technician, engineer or similar
• Solid experience in design and calculation of customer offers based on customized solutions, and it will be an advantage if you have experience with steel structures, design, dimensioning and production
• Microsoft Office, especially Excel and knowledge of Navision will be an advantage Danish and English, both writing and speaking, as there is close communication with production in Poland and international customers

As a person, you are:

• Sales-oriented with a solution and business-oriented approach to problem solving
• Responsible and delivering project on time
• Quality conscious and enjoys working thoroughly and persistently with your projects
• Organized and able to manage multiple projects at the same time

The job requires a great personal drive and an involving and enterprising approach to handle any challenges during the processes.
