"I am a laboratory technician by training, but throughout my career I have been working mostly in the area of obtaining and securing quality in work processes and production. Structures, standards and documentation have always caught my interest as I find it exciting and challenging to contribute to optimizing work processes and quality in a company," says Winnie Fedders.

In her new job at BSB Industry she is set to play an important role in the company's upcoming ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certifications.

"I am right now in the process of describing and documenting our work processes. Our effort is to ensure a good working environment, as well as being a catalyst for developing our practices for the greater environment and general sustainability," explains Winnie Fedders, whose work builds on BSB Industry’s current ISO 9001 quality standard.

"My job is very much about adapting the documentation requirements so that we have the right quality, without it becoming too cumbersome administratively," explains Winnie Fedders, who expects the ISO certifications to be in place soon.

We expect to be ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certified in the spring of 2020. We are very much looking forward to this happening, because the certifications create management systems that help ensure optimal work processes, high quality and a healthy and well-functioning workplace with a good working environment," emphasizes Winnie Fedders, as she resumes her task of describing yet another of the many work processes in BSB Industry.

On the private side, Winnie Fedders lives with her family in the small town of Vester Nebel in the south-eastern part of Jutland, married to John and with two young boys at the ages of 10 and 14 years.
