BSB Industry - The Coronavirus must be taken seriously

- Our concern is first and foremost about our employees and their families. Our thoughts go to all our customers and partners as well. The highest priority is, as always, a safe and secure workplace. We follow all guidelines issued by the health authorities, emphasizes Teddy Norsgaard Jørgensen, who, as the authorities recommend, with his team makes all efforts to keep production up and running in both Denmark and Poland.

- We are keenly aware that many companies and jobs depend on us. In this situation, it is critically important that we keep the wheels going and that we do everything we can to secure the supply chain, explains the BSB Industry-CEO. 

The Customer Service Center continues unabated

- All employees in both Poland and Denmark have contributed with a tremendous degree of flexibility in order for us to be able to continue to offer the highest possible level of service in these difficult times. We are working non-stop to uphold and maintain a high level of service and support as we are also analyzing the potential long-term impact of the current situation to prepare for a safe return, hopefully in a not too distant future, to normalizing production and services and again reaching the highest gear, whenever the health authorities give us the green light, Teddy Norsgaard Jørgensen emphasizes.
