High and uniform quality is the foundation for the new Quality Control Manager at BSB Industry's Polish branch

Anna Bocian is a university graduate in quality, the working environment and safety in the workplace. Her combination of technical knowledge and many years of practical experience from small and medium-sized international companies makes her and BSB Industry Poland a perfect match, believes Morten Krusborg, CEO of BSB Industry.

- Although we already have a high level of quality in BSB Industry Poland, we are constantly working to optimize our quality and do better today than we did yesterday. With the employment of Anna Bocian, we have taken an important step, and there is no doubt that our new Quality Control Manager's experience from working with quality management systems and quality assurance will help to ensure an even higher and uniform quality, as well as reducing the number of deviations to a minimum, emphasizes Morten Krusborg.

The level of ambition is high

Anna Bocian was most recently employed in an aviation industry, where she had overall responsibility for quality, and it is her experience from here that she is looking forward to putting to use at BSB Industry Poland.

- I have towering ambitions when it comes to quality. It is critically important that we constantly develop and optimize our quality management systems and ensure that we always deliver at a high uniform quality to our customers, just as we must always be focused on how to reduce deviations and the number of complaints, explains Anna Bocian, who is delighted that BSB Industry goes all in on the matter of optimizing quality.

- Pleasing customers is my driving force, and I, together with my talented colleagues in Poland and Denmark, stand ready to put in all the efforts it may take into delivering at an even higher scale of quality in the future, says BSB Industry Poland's new Quality Control Manager.

Varied and exciting areas of responsibility

As BSB Industry Poland's new Quality Control Manager, Anna Bocian, one of her tasks is to coordinate quality controls and define what must be measured. She is head of internal audits and supplier audits, just as she plays an important role in customer audits.

- I have many different, varied and exciting areas of responsibility. One of my important duties is to ensure that BSB Industry Poland delivers the exact documentation that our customers need. Here, a value-creating collaboration with our customers and suppliers plays an all-important role, explains Anna Bocian, who is very much pleased with her start at BSB.

- My colleagues have welcomed me with open arms. We have a great atmosphere in the office and in production, and I get a very real sense that we are all set to cooperate on an even higher level in a joint effort to finding the very best solutions when it comes to improving the level of quality at BSB Industry Poland, emphasizes Anna Bocian.
