May 1, 2020, Winnie Fedders replaced the title of Quality & Process Specialist with that of Head of QHSE & CBI. In her new position, Winnie Fedders will take global responsibility for the QHSE and the CBI programmes in both Denmark and Poland. At the same time she becomes an active member of the management team.
- For many years, we in BSB Industry have worked with great seriousness and intent on developing and optimizing our business processes. We have had a constant focus on ensuring and strengthening our quality, our reliability of supply and on maintaining a high level of security. With Winnie Fedders at the forefront of QHSE and CBI, and with her participation in the management team, we are strengthening our efforts in the areas of quality, environment and work environment, says CEO Teddy Norsgaard Jørgensen.
In 2019, Winnie Fedders was hired to optimize business processes as well as quality, environment and work environment. Her job was also to implement the Soludyne quality management system and to ensure that BSB Industry could be ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certified.
The match between Fedders and BSB Industry turned out to be a great one.
